Materials & printing methods
Perfection through diversity
A perfect end product can only be created if all stages of the manufacturing process are of the highest quality. Both in terms of our materials and the printing methods we use, we focus on the quality of the final product, which can only be achieved through high quality production based on experience. For your perfect end product, we provide you with a comprehensive range that can be enhanced with your advertising printing by different printing processes – allow yourself to be inspired!
Flexographic printing – the flexible one
Flexographic printing is one of the high quality printing processes and is direct printing. The printing surfaces are coloured with printing ink and stand out from the printing form. The printed images are applied to the material by the rotation of the roller.
Letterpress Printing – the all rounder
An elegant printing process for all soft materials – creates a relief like embossing in the material when printing with or without colour (Letterpress Printing). Even for short runs, book embossing is ideal.
Hot Foil Printing – the supreme discipline
Those who want to meet up to the highest demands use hot foil printing, where a high gloss metal film is applied instead of an ink. This creates a particularly elegant appearance.
Digital printing – the brilliant one
With digital printing, the print image is transferred directly from the computer to the press, a static printing form, such as a sleeve roll or cliché is not needed. With digital printing, you can produce brilliant print results and long runs.
Offset printing – high yield
In contrast to letterpress printing, offset printing is an indirect printing process in which the print is not applied directly from the printing plate but indirectly via a roller. This printing process is one of the planographic printing processes and is ideal for large runs.
